Dr. Lauren Wittrock, PT, DPT

Lauren earned her BS in Kinesiology and BA in Performing Arts and Social Justice (Dance) from the University of San Francisco in 2012.  San Francisco was where her initial education and passion for the movement started.  Lauren led and facilitated youth arts education programs, as well as programs that brought movement classes to those experiencing incarceration, providing a creative outlet for their stories to be heard.  Lauren went back to school and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2019.  While in school, Lauren continued to find opportunities to work with underserved communities through arts and physical therapy.  She currently works at Elite OrthoSport Physical Therapy, an orthopedic and sports medicine based physical therapy clinic in Brentwood, California.  In her free time, Lauren likes to dance, spend time with friends and go hiking with her husband and their puppy Rosalind.
